More of our neighbours are struggling to find safe, stable housing. Seniors are living in their cars, young people are moving between couches while trying to stay in school, and families are unable to keep up with rising rent and living costs. It’s our collective responsibility to ensure affordable housing is not a privilege for some, but a reality for every North Shore resident.

Every day, we work to ensure individuals and families are safe from violence, marginalized youth are empowered to achieve their full potential through education and employment, and that youth, seniors, and families have access to safe, affordable, and sustainable housing.
From crisis relief at the North Shore Youth Safe House and Senior Safe House to rent supplements, transitional housing, and long-term housing solutions, our vital and practical services help at-risk locals build a foundation for stability, regain independence, and find renewed hope for the future.
